Diet to prevent stomach cramps
  To prevent PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome), we can try go on a diet which includes :
  • Limit your food consumption which contain a high sugar and salt, red meat (cow or lamb), alcohol, coffee, tea, chocolate, and soda drink.
  • Reduce or even stop smoking.
  • Limit your protein based food consumption.
  • Increase your fish, chicken, beans, and seeds based food consumption as a protein resources.
  • Limit your consumption of any milk based product (cheese, ice cream) and consume soybean instead.
  • Limit the consumption of fried food.
  • Increase your green vegetables consumption.
  • Add a vitamin B include vitamin b6, vitamin E, calsium, magnesium and also omega 6 consumption is suggested.
**A little advice from me...Don't consume too much medicine 'cause it might damage your liver. One tablet of medicine can damage your liver. Imagine a lot of medicine can do to your liver. You will not see the effect now, but when we grow old the effect will start to come. Afterall, all medicine are not too kind to our liver. (well, i think herbal medicine is ok..). If you can still endure it, DO NOT consume any medicine.**
